Just out of interest why do skills fail or miss even after you have mastered them to 100%. Spells dont fail when you eventually get them to 100%, so why should skills. Perhaps a couple skills could be looked into. Some might say that you can save vs spells well perhaps a simple tweak and you could save vs skills but make it dependant on size str etc. But I would like to know why skills fail so often even at 100% they should work all the time.

If blackjack, strangle, cranial, stun and the like worked every time at 100% they would alll be overpowered. Think about game balance, not "I want a powerful character". (n/t) Proud Blade 08:51:29 2/7/2000 (0)

  - What's REALLY bad is a perfected bind. I swear you cannot tell the difference between a 75% bind and 100%. 'cept choke seems to be very effective, I got choked by Trell everytime he did it on me.(N/T) (: Kingsley :) 16:09:02 2/7/2000 (0)
