If I am not mistaken(and i might be I will admit) The reason the guards and thalantyr were drawn in was an area spell by Asihara.

> Again, true...However, Qeli rescued Pikel from the Archmage when no one else was at the pinacle but a couple of lowbie masters. Qeli did not at any time rescue Pikel from special guards.
Once again, one character rescues someone wanted, that is aid, and is a crime. Has nothing to do with the guards or a pk situation.
> This is totally incorrect. First off, Pikel was never blinded in that raid to my recollection. Second, if he was blind he could just cure it himself rather than deal with all his supp's getting cancelled.
Ok, it was Qeli that asked for cancellation, but it is true that he shifted to porcy pig and aided you in killing the archmage...once again, aiding a criminal=crime
> No, Pikel wasn't shielded that I recall, Pikel came in mid-raid, and was attempting to avoid getting Asihara flagged for shielding him.
My bad, i had assumed, but even so, he did help you raid...read above
> Last I'd heard Arbiters weren't supposed to interfere in other cabals' politics. So my question is what in the hell was an Arbiter doing there with guards when there was no criminal raiding? And why were said guards assisting a Master against a Sylvan that was not wanted?
There was reports on the Master cb that you approached the tower, this was probably relayed to the arbies, and thalantyr was well within her duties to be waiting for you at a place where there was GREAT reason to beleive you would show up. That has nothing to do with not wanting the sylvans to take the orb, it has to do with thinking where a criminal will be, and being there first.
> And if you're going to accuse Asihara of lying in a log, I'd like to see some proof that hes done so.
I did not save the log, but look at what he said.
"There was no criminal present"
He then commenced to show a log of about 40 seconds time length of a raid that lasted well over 7 mins. Choosing a portion of the log where you were not there.
Thus by putting forward his ommitive log as the whole truth to support the "fact" that you werent there, is a lie of ommission.
