This is a common complaint. Unfortunately, bringing it here gets you nothing. If you have a case, bring it to Dhaevor or one of his veterans. Personally, I'd like to see Battle tighten up on who they admit a bit more, but as long as there are tons of ragers, several bad ones will be in the mix.

The other thing I'd like to see is have the Battle IMMs make examples out of the truely bad ones. Many Ragers grasp the role well enough, and they get their reps tarnished by the few idiots. (And Battle gets more idiots than anyone, including Empire.) Make expulsion from Battle as rough as expulsion from Masters, and Ragers will think twice.

Once induction is more difficult, and consequences of failure are more extreme, Ragers will keep a closer eye on such things, and have less "accidents". ("I fled after the first three rounds, when I realized that it was four on one.") The "Finest Warriors in Thera" should not need a big group to take out a lone mage of low-mid ranks. Read some logs of Dhaevor, Bliscass, Ludi, and the like, and you'll see that they do OK 1-on-1 even at the higher ranks, although the edge is still with the prepared mage.

I'm all for giving newer players chances, but if the cabal's rules are explained to them, and they don't follow them, then they lose my vote. Anyone can read a helpfile, discuss with Villagers, and get the RP basics down, if they try. Especially for Battle, which has a more straightforward purpose than certain other cabals.

> I know they do not have honor or anything like that. But I would like to see a hint of courage by these younger ragers. I mean ganging a muter without any forms is a challenge? Not only that but doing it 3 times in one night? Then when there is a force of mages bigger than you, you run. Is this what courage is all about. Just sick of everyone using empire tactics now days.
