What is with ragers now days?

What is with ragers now days?:

I know they do not have honor or anything like that. But I would like to see a hint of courage by these younger ragers. I mean ganging a muter without any forms is a challenge? Not only that but doing it 3 times in one night? Then when there is a force of mages bigger than you, you run. Is this what courage is all about. Just sick of everyone using empire tactics now days.
