Ok... Here's what you need.
1) Someone to summon him or disperse him away from his pets.
2) A Warder to insect plague him.
3) A couple of thieves to follow him around for a day or so before the attack and steal all his inventory on a regular basis.
4) An invoker, healer, and a trannie for prep spells.
5) Two-three warriors who can either cranial or misdirect while others lash with whips.
After the thieves grab as many wands and phylacteries as they can, have get the lich away from his pets. Then fight him like a creature from Hell except use all lagging attacks. Use normal weapons as he may be shielded/rightous and just lag him to death.
