I have always wondered if the following was
a crime.

Let's say you are in a cabal
(Sylvan,Master,Battle,Entropy) and a cabalmate
is wanted and hides in your cabal. The arbiters
attack/kill the outer guardian and then attack
the inner guardian.

Is it a flaggable offense to attack the arbiter
at the inner or outer guardian? Since it could be
considered aiding a criminal? But in reality, you
are proecting your cabal?
