The fact of the matter is, it's an Arbiters word against the 'common man.' If I get a flag that is questionable I'm 99% sure bitching about it won't change a damn thing. For the most part, I believe arbiters have been flag happy lately because they want to enforce the return of arbiters. I've seen flags placed with little to no investigations done whatsoever. On the same merit I believe some arbiters try to enforce what is justice well. Justice is like Courage, intangible and easily bended to suit a situation. Its a virtue that is hard to grasp for alot of people and it can get in depth if approached that way.

I've heard a number of arbiters claim that 'all' ragers and 'all' warders are criminals because they do not abide by theran law. True to some extent but dismissing an investigation and placing these two in a category only instigates the problem that ARBITERS bring onto themselves. This being the 'gang-bangs' and the numerous attacks and taking of the book. Historically arbiters have sided with Empire and Masters to apprehend criminals and to enforce laws, so you choose to get a handful of them to raid the grove and village and you choose to die in a bed you created.
