A lot of people think being a good leader is one who inducts the most, has the most members, holds other cabal's item for the longest, etc. All of these are nice but it does not make a good cabal nor does it make a good leader. Battle has had a couple of leaders before Dhaevor that inducted more than Empire and thus battle has suffered greatly for it. A lot of the ragers that joined, join solely for the powers and pking. Some of them are more anti-empire than anti-mages ( We all know which idiot that is). Most are just out to kill as many people as they can, thus you had the influx of berserkers. Battle was not designed to be all berserkers, it was desgined to have all three different classes of ragers. That is were its true strength lies. Right now, there are hardly any defenders and scouts. Dhaevor is doing his job as a leader to make the village more balanced. You really think this hurts the village? You ever seen what an imperial healer can do? You ever tried to retake an item with a healer healing the vanquisher? You ever been at the destructer while a group with a healer is there? Healers almost double the fighting power of a large group. While defenders may not be as good as a healer, they will help the village a lot.
