Uh, that's one huge leap of interpretation
there. Considering that everybody else
seems to think that you can only attack people
in town if they (a) are anathema or (b) just
attacked you in the last 30 seconds or so,
um, you're trying to reinterpret the law
differently than the Imms do.

Law 4 does not say "You may attack
(non-citizen/oatheds) in town." Nor does it
say specifically what you claim it says.
You're taking an interpretation of it, and
saying it means that, when everyone else
thinks it doesn't. Sorry, but go check the
definition of the word "interpret" as
relates to laws if you think I'm wrong here.

So stuff it.
