Here goes my question for the day...:

I'm thinking of playing either a ranger or a druid, mostly because I've had neither over rank 30 in my 5 years of CF and they've always seemed like a very versatile and interesting class.

Now here comes the real question:

I can mostly guess a lot for myself of what each class can do but I would like a run down of the skills/spells/communes for tactics from the more experience players in these classes. I've searched the forum and found some nice info on druids, but how about rangers? What would benefit better, the ranger staff, dual wielding, or a weapon (axe, sword, ?) and shield? For a druid, if you were solo killing without call of the wild, what's a good plan of attack? Are druids a more preparation killer, or do they actually have a fight against other classes without their pets (All druids I have fought without there pet, is dead).

I know I should probably learn this all with playing the classes myself to hero, and I know a lot already from my little experience, but I would like an idea from those that have played them to 40+, on the way to play the class, so I can make a decision on how I like to play a character vs what class would fit me the most.

Thanks

Ipsisimus
