I've had these ideas for a while:
Spell books-- allows any class to learn any spell, given they can read the book(int affects if you can read it), after learning it they would have it at 1%, and need to practice it.
Elixirs-- 'You quaff an elixir of gain dexterity. You feel more agile.' Buy them at the trainer, for lots of gold, give him protection from stealing... might be cheap because easy for thieves to get them.
