Kill it. Or reduce it's chance to land like hold person. Necros don't need it to be strong. AP's don't need it to be strong. It's a cheap tactic that you can't resist using because it is a 99% effective killing tool, and the spell lands a good 80% of the time.

If you kill sleep, I think you've equalized good/evil on CF.
