Why do people constantly complain about how classes are overpowered or underpowered? Every class in this game is decently well balanced. The Immortals have discussed the implementation of new skills/spells/supplications/items/monsters/areas/EVERYTHING till they've passed out as to make sure things aren't unbalanced. At different "stages of life" (i.e. lvl 1-10, 11-20, etc..) different classes are better or worse equipped to handle certain situations. We all know that. It is your obligation to know your character's limitations.
If you die, laugh, try to get your equipment, and if you can't... run to Camelot, get some colorful baggy pants, do a cartwheel in Market Square and smile... it's a game. Learn from your experiences. Thank the person that PKed you because you're that much closer to not dying from the same tactic again.
Being a rank 13 Invoker would you go toe to toe with a rank 13 Warrior? Not unless you expected to die. In Carrion Fields not everything is so black and white. In that situation, it is. You know not to get yourself into that. As you gain rank you gain more skills and more powers, and so do your opponents. The mark of a truly good player is someone that is able to plan for every contingency.
If you're not willing to start your telnet client, connect to CF and sweat about what everyone in your PK range can do to you.. don't connect at all. If you don't sweat while you play CF, you're not playing at all. (ok, I'm being a little overly dramatic.)
But in all honesty, it pisses me off when I see people complaining about classes being overpowered or underpowered. The abilities of every class are publically known (for the most part) to anyone who plays CF! You KNOW what someone is capable of at almost every rank.
There are the things you can't plan for... Your opponent being buffed up, you being softened. Your opponent having crazy ass equipment that someone double his rank has, you having stuff that was laying in your guild and a puppy as a tank.
Have fun peeps... And when you die, truly, sincerely... laugh and learn from it. (Then follow around higher level people and loot them when they PK...cough)
