Knowing full well that the FoN is in the past, and that's it's future is in broad daylight as the Ashes of Nowhere. Is it still worth trying to protect? If you change the past...(kill tulpebb and the burners enough times or something) could the ashes revert back to FoN? But since it is the past is it, by definition, unchangeable. Or does sylvan not really care about it that much and say, "We protect any forest, any time-period" I don't know just some thoughts to toss out there enjoy,
