You know, this is the one detriment to the onset of quest skills/forms. People are starting to feel entitled to receive them. Time was, MASTER et al, that people like Jaradis, a well RP'd paladin, would take great pride in receiving a skill like "zeal" that "just gave you (something like) 5/5 hit/dam." It wasn't the power that pleased you so much as the recognition. With the onset of transmuter forms (that are related to measures more subjective than, say, Liching), people seem to be into Roleplaying only if it brings them more power, not for the other rewards that come with it. This is to say that just because Hifflio is "well RP'd" does not mean he is *entitled* to a quest form. Whatever rewards he receives should be RP-based, with a minor power enhancement, not an uberpowerful unique form. And, I imagine Hifflio would be pleased just with that recognition and encouragement (and from what Aristobulus says, that is exactly what he received, and is).
