He was really screwed. Perhaps justly, perhaps not, but I completely agree with him that the imm was in the wrong, when he acted without any rping and before he knew any nuances abot the char. Empowerment is not citizenship.
Also, it is very understandable he posted what happened with him on this forum. It probably did not help him a bit IC, but it is understandable. And I am pretty sure that the discussion that followed was interesting for at least some of us.
As for the idea about noexp.. I just don't think its worth it. Is it really so critical to stay in particular level?
