No way... the Viper amulet is GREAT for fighter-types. It's got everything you could possibly want in a piece of eq, except maybe some dam. Dhaevor wore these in favor of more conventionally desired neckwear like Amulets of Ares, very frequently. I think my only preferred neckwear were brooches, clan badges, and unique Thar-Acacia medallions.

Armor: 11 11 10 0
Affect: dexterity 1
Affect: hit roll 2
Affect: save vs spell -5
Affect: hp 20
Affect: strength 2
