How does it screw them? It's not like
they're insta-slayed. And if you do not put
in something like this, people will just
scout and drop directly after. (Don't know

Right. Helps against logging in an alt to take revenge though. Let people cool off a bit. Might be a bit extreme, but if this goes in, you shouldn't be able to log off for 10 minutes after being pk'd, else you'd end up in the locker of 2.
