I think it's a little more important for an assassin to hide (stalking) than a thief, so I disagree there. Good on the sneak though, neat idea.

I think this is unique... a good idea. Maybe they get it at around 40... same time AP's get demand. I think prices should be horridly high, or the mob should get pissed off and attack you. For instance if you try to seperate a paladin from his holy sword... he has no need for gold and you take his prized possession? Surely you are a Darkthing! A Paladin screams and attacks!

Hmm... I agree they need to be more powerful at high levels... about this though I don't know. Your basicaly giving them the opportunity to do more when the bj. Kinda weak here.

Assassins have pick lock too. Thieves and assassins should have it... maybe bards, but not AP's.

That would make your thief an assassin. Really, a thief doesn't want to KILL anyone (speaking generally) he only cares enough that he does not get caught stealing.

Ok. Not bad... but I don't know. It's hard to be EXTRA hidden in a shadow.

I like the part about not being able to hide if they are wearing anything glowing. Perhaps thieves could get 'enhanced hide' (can only be seen by thieves of the same or higher rank) that only works when your not glowing.
