Which is the bigger loss as a Evil Shaman?:

Playing a Drow shaman and haveing a weakness to mithril and learning with ease or....a Duergar shaman and being vulnerable to both holy and water, not to mention a slow learning curve or.....a Fire shaman haveing great strength and constitution but being vulnerable to mental feinds and cold and a extreemly big learning curve?
I know I've seen great Duergar and Fire shaman's...they were probably played by extreemly good players, I've played CF for about a year and a half off and on. I consider myself knowledgeable but not great. Any info on this class would be greatly appreciated....Has anyone ever had any sucess with a Drow Shaman?
