Well, yes... but that's sort of a moot point. You'll recall that this issue initially came up when you implied that the rise of roleplaying was somehow correlated to the absence of "Killer" types that I was lamenting in my briet (n/t) post.

My response to that suggestion, unless you wish to retract it, is that the Killer-types also tend to be good roleplayers. I can name a grand total of one person whom I'd consider an exceptional PKer who isn't also a good roleplayer (or at the very least, a positive contribution to CF RP), and in the case of the person in question (Seņor Pumpkin) it's due more to lack of desire than ability. While I don't consider Arolin elite, as noted, he did manage to even do a decent job with Ponting.

Anyway...I challenge you to name one "PK designated hitter," as you put it, aside from the above-mentioned squash. If you can't, then doesn't that sort of undermine your point?
