It's hardly worth my checking out another MUD for several hours to see how they've implemented ranged weapons. Also:

1) Just because they coded ranged weapons there, doesn't mean it would work for CF.

2) The CF staff has always shown an almost fanatical desire to generate original material over copying. It's what makes the MUD stand out. I sincerely doubt they're willing to code any system of ranged weapons that would be derivative of Avendar's code.

3) If the system is so good, post a coherent (*) summary of it, so people can check it out in a few minutes.
