My wilderness % dream:

If I were the one doing the coding for wilderness %, it would be based on travelling through wilderness, not just sitting under the shade of a tree twiddling your thumbs. You'd have some number for wilderness knowledge, and for every wilderness room you walk through, you gain a point (maybe 1 point for forest roads, 2 points for a forest, 2 points for a mountain..). If you just sit in the wilderness, you don't lose anything, but you don't gain anything either. If you are in a city, or any other "civilized" area, you lose X number of points each tick while you're in that area. If you have above a certain amount of points you get fast creep, then above another amount you get fast camo, etc.

Not only would this not be as boring as sitting on your ass all day afk trying to get a decent wilderness %, but it seems a bit more realistic to me as well - after all, my picture of a ranger is someone that travels the lands and forests (or even just a single forest), not a hermit who hides in the woods. The ranger that decides to spend his time in cities will begin to get rusty with his skills.
