LAWS LAW
The laws of the land that shall be enforced by the Arbiters Cabal are as
follows :

*** The areas that are defined as protected by the jurisdiction of the Law
    are the entirety of Galadon, New Thalos, Tar Valon, New Ofcol, Udgaard,
    and Seantryn Modan.

1. No Player Killing/Stealing/Looting in any protected area.  Theft is fully

6. It is illegal to garble an Arbiter or disperse their special guards if
   there are criminals currently in Thera.  It is an obstruction of their
   ability to enforce the Laws.

Today a blade of our castle was wanted by the arbiters
and he must have gone to the citadel to duel the scribe, as 
i told him to.
I also let the arbiters in the realms know, that i had ordered
him to get rid of the warrent issued
The arbiters however, Yinsyn and Cyerddan continued to slay our
centurions as they said they where obstructing the law.
I told them once more that i had ordered Kakren the blade to get
rid of the warrent issued and that they should let our Centurions alone
or pay the price to get pass them.
But they kept on slaying the Centurions so i posted some new ones,
and granted them the protection that i can, and healed them as 
Cyerddan the paladin fool attacked them.
And they issued a warrant for me.
I therefor see no other means than to keep the book of law in 
the emporers throne, until the arbiters have respect for the 
laws of our Castle.

Today Seukyaso, Boldar and i took the book of law.
After the last encounter with the arbiters, i decided 
that we must rethink our strategy towards the arbiters
I have NOT declared war against the arbiters, but it seemed
the only way to get to the bottom of this.
According to the second imperial law, the arbiters shall
respect the Centurions when they are allowed to keep 
thiere book. That didnt happend today, so i took away theire
book, and gave it to the Omegus for him to watch it.
I shall speak with the arbiter elders in order to solve 
this matter, but until then, we will defend the citadel with
all means.
