Within an Overgrown Stone Building
  The stone walls of this building have long been overgrown with vines
and weeds.  There are all sorts of strange items strewn around the
place.  On the top of a cluttered desk, you can see bits and pieces
of papers writting in a strange language you cannot even begin to
comprehend.  The walls are lined with shelves full of glass jars of
various sizes.  Some contain things, some are empty, and many are
broken.  It would appear that this used to be the home of a magician
or alchemist.  The dwelling continues to the east, and a stout wooden
door leads out to the forest north.

A man stumbles through the forest, a look of fear in his eyes.
(Invis) (Ghostly) A bony visage hovers here in the darkness.

The Lich Xoltrindar whispers an ancient passage from a dark tome.
