<br>Just some regular rebalancing type stuff, but here's a list of what I did for next crash/reboot.

<br>-High strength dagger specs get a couple minor bonuses for stab, twist, and hurl affects/damage.
<br>
<br>-concealed happens less if you're not dual wielding daggers (but its still good)
<br>
<br>-There's circumstances where certain opening dagger attacks would not cause a yell by the victim. Now, if the opening attack misses, there will always be a yell by the victim.
<br>
<br>I'll probably be tweaking some other things as discussions play out.
