Agreed. Mages win by tricks and preparation. And. Ragers win by catchings mages without them.

Agreed. It is so easy to kill most villagers with any mage from 20 on, that you should feel bad about picking on them. You do not need any cabal powers for that. Much less Master powers.

Make that villager bard and come up into my range. Then you will see how easy they have it.
