A player by the name of Sailus began a group
amongst theives and assassins. It was the
Syndicate. I was just wondering if perhaps
it could become a cabal or if that is not
possible. Since the arbiters only true
enemy are the criminals of Thera, perhaps
this would give them a true enemy. I have
'powers' and such figured out, but figure
they aren't worth a whole lot unless this
is a possibility. I would appreciate any
input and if one of the imms reads this to
say if this is possible. Thanks.
