I am long since gone.. i'm sure no one cared or even noticed.. but I would like to hear peoples opinions about the Cult. I think in it's current state it's not really a viable cabal option. Now I know it's for the elite and good roleplayers, or at least that's what it is considered. Do any of you really think that it should be? This is a roleplaying mud, should only the exceptional roleplayers be let in? I am a mediocre(sp?) roleplayer at best, at least in my opinion. But it seems to me this cabal is for the most part unattainable by me. I have tried to get in with a few different characters to no avail. Once spending about 2 weeks talking with one initiate who was conducting the interviews at the time Zxxxxx something or other I forget his name (drow falcon). I learned a great deal from him, something I thought I would carry over on to Mayalis. For some reason this was not the case. it seems everything I learned from him was wrong in the eyes of the Voice (shinko....)
Either way... have the ideals changed that much? Does anyone else have as much trouble getting in as I do? In it's current state can it really be that much fun? They seem to get initiates in spurts...but they die out fairly quick, who's left now.. Ingvar.. and he is an excellent roleplayer in my opinion having spoken with him often. The odds just seem to be stacked against them, which is part of why I wanted to try one. But now I am rambling...anyway.. i'm lookin to hear what you people think.
