Masters is in serious need of aid. I know, you've been defending and what not. But Master needs numbers, because it's consistently getting its ass kicked. You're putting interviews off to people - is it adept, or elder, get your fucking policies right. Try posting a note telling people that you're accepting new applicants, etc. You might in fact get some skilled people that relish getting their asses kicked as much as you do.
Try doing the interviews yourself, and once, if you want numbers. If you want quality, people are going to bullshit themselves through the interview anyway.
