A immortal asked what law 2 was:

All Items of Power are the rightful possession of the Emperor
and WILL be kept in the throne by the Centurion Omegus. These
items include the Imperial Codex, the bloody head of the
archmage, the Equation of Entropy, the Orb of Magic, the
sapling of a great tree, and the Book of Law. However,
either the Emperor or the united Council can deterimine that a
specific item may be retained at another cabal. During such a
time as another Cabals hold the Emperor's items, they must honor
the road-blocks set by the Imperial Centurions.

Now, this immortal said citizens were in violation for not reclaiming the items. That is horseshit. Citizens did not take the items, other cabals did. All the other cabals are in violation of Law 2. Before you say anything let me point out law1:

Imperial Law supercedes all other laws of Thera and all who
dwell within Thera are subject to Imperial Law. Only the will
of An Immortal can supercede Imperial Law.

Thus, all other cabals violate law 2.

Now, according to Law 4, we can attack them all in town.

Order must be maintained within the civilized portions of the
realm so no one will steal or attack anyone within the Protected
Cities of Thera unless the victim is breaking one of the above
laws.

They break law 2 by taking our items, we can kill them in town. Everyone in Thera falls under law 1, they are breaking law 2 by taking imperial items. Law 4 states we can attack them in them if they break one of the above laws.

I would have agrued this with the immortal, but we all know where that will get you. Quit fucking with citizens immortals. Imperial law should be meant to bend in favor of citizens, not to screw them.

Now tell me what I just said about imperial law is wrong and I got some ocean front property in Az.
