If they're playing their good character as so lawful that they'd group with an evil, they should then be neutral. If they play a class that requires goodness (healer for certain supps, paladin) yet roleplay it as an evil-friendly char, they should be changed to neutral and e forced to quest to gain their supps back. If they're not, they should have either rolled neutral or be changed to neutral with affects similar to the bloodoath.

Arbiters are examples of the shittiest RPing in CF, bar none, because for some reason this two-dimensionality is accepted. If this is taken as 'proper', so too should gnomes be able to be imperial mages, or storm giants imperial soldiers.
