Sectleader Powers

At the moment, the sectleaders do not have their special powers, and of course since there is no emperor there is no person with all four currently.
My question is, do we need to give them out again?
I dont see Aradan or Peroleth or the others having a hard time pk'ing (and that's all the powers are, pk tools -- they aren't roleplaying enhancing powers, like for instance troupe's powers). And since the purpose for the powers, their rationale, was to enhance the roleplay of the Empire, I dont see their need or value. Do you think peroleth or aradan or the others will all of a sudden change/improve their rp tomorrow becasue of these powers? Will they be better *roleplayers*, once they get the powers, for the weeks or months subsequent, because of the powers? No, obviously.
Empire doesn't need more "powers." That's obvious from the pking of it's current sectleaders, sans sectleader powers. And I also didn't see any lack of desire by people for the sectleader positions, either. There were plenty of people who wanted the spots, or who were "roleplaying" by supporting their own candidates, if not themselves.

So, why should these sectleaders get these extra pk tools? What do you think, O Forum Readership?
