I generally agree. I think the imms expectations for extraordinary have become rather inflated, where you have to be a completely and totally cripped character to get a quest form or something. Witness Hifflio. A very well RPed char, didn't even have a major form for like two hundred hours, led his cabal, solved his quest, yadda yadda. What did he get out of it? Tiger, the same form that fifteen million random gnome transmuters have had.
I'm sure you could say 'But he might still get it!', but...come on. I think this is a pretty good example of the fact that you're not going to pull a quest form anymore, and just deal with it and mvoe on.
