You should included it in your role, as The Arcane correctly pointed out we would not use this agaist you. This is just a good example of when to use role, where your actions and intent might not be clear.

I can only speak for what I would do for an Arbiter who was shpere Deception, we have had a few of them.
First we don't boot you or not induct you based on this. However, unless your evil this mostlikly will get you in trouble very quickly. And if you are evil and do a poor job at it, you will get the boot.
A poor job being, mortals bust you on it. If they know what you are doing then you aren't very deceptive in my view and will probably be booted.

It can be done right and very well, I try to give you alot of room to work it. It also can be done very poorly and get you booted. Having it in your role, would in my opinion help your cause.
