Practicing on a fire giant

January 25, 2014 06:46AM
So I play mages with high int.

How the fuck do people deal with 15 intel?

Is it 1 practice, spam to 44%, prac to 75% or go for 2 pracs to 63%? All skills, or only weapons?

Practicing on a fire giant

Artificial January 25, 2014 06:46AM

I did 3 in defences, 2 into weapons. Then spent time. 70 hours at lv 31 at the majority of things done. (n/t)

ilostmycoconut January 25, 2014 04:22PM

You can't even hold on to your coconut, why should we hold on to your CF advice?

Srev January 25, 2014 08:18PM

He could grip it by the husk. (n/t)

MiyagiYojimbo January 25, 2014 08:28PM

He's an australian, not a swallow. (n/t)

Srev January 25, 2014 08:29PM

Why ask everyone else?

Srev January 25, 2014 02:55PM

I'd say perserverance...

Death_Claw January 25, 2014 03:24PM

Practice everything once.

sevriis January 25, 2014 12:11PM

You definitely didn't perfect parry at level 1. (n/t)

falchiron January 25, 2014 02:04PM

Obviously. Kind of an oversight in my description of what I set out to do and mostly accomplished.

sevriis January 25, 2014 02:23PM

You'll need to explain how you did it. I found out that practice weapons dont even kick in till 34% (n/t)

Artificial January 25, 2014 12:25PM

How did you find this out? (n/t)

Srev January 25, 2014 02:56PM

Ignore me, it was a bout of stupidity using the starting weapon which doesnt count as a practice weapon somehow. (n/t)

Artificial January 25, 2014 07:30PM

I fought various hooded mobs until the weapons hit 86.

sevriis January 25, 2014 12:42PM

Not in my experience. Perhaps there's a minimum amount of playtime, or level attained (n/t)

Elystan January 25, 2014 12:26PM

For weapons use one practice, let them go up, then use another practice

Chuckles January 25, 2014 11:54AM

I've been trying this. Ive gotten 2 skillups in about an hour. With a practice weapon. (n/t)

Artificial January 25, 2014 12:01PM

This was an old strategy, possibly not relevant anymore (n/t)

Chuckles January 26, 2014 03:14AM

I'll be the unpopular opinion here.

Death_Claw January 25, 2014 11:15AM

To go along with what he said. Ignore my first post. If I don't want to practice forever, make sure you bust out a gain revert or two sub leevel 10 for the extra 10-20 practices while its still free. (n/t)

kanye January 25, 2014 07:42PM

I agree with you. Being able to jump into pk earlier is a lot more fun than practicing 10 more hours. (n/t)

Zruulg January 25, 2014 02:19PM

That and...

Death_Claw January 25, 2014 03:22PM

I always do the prac/spam/prac for weapons just to have enough pracs to practice other skills as I get them

Elystan January 25, 2014 11:34AM

Take 5 x intel flaw and one practice into each skill. (n/t)

Matrik January 25, 2014 11:03AM

Done. It gave me some kind of echo like Daevryn's Secret something or other and i got 100% in everything. (n/t)

Artificial January 25, 2014 11:15AM

Liar. You have to do the hokey pokey and do a 360 for that to work.

Frosty January 25, 2014 05:51PM

And here I thought League of Legends was your secret in. (n/t)

NbM(VIP) January 25, 2014 12:21PM

Ive never played it, I play a real moba. (n/t)

Artificial January 25, 2014 12:24PM

Enjoy. Will probably be changed now. (n/t)

Matrik January 25, 2014 11:16AM

You going warrior? Shaman? Ranger? Quest?

Sam January 25, 2014 08:09AM

Shaman or AP (n/t)

Artificial January 25, 2014 08:27AM

High mana spells and essentials put 3 in. All the rest 2. Don't even bother practicing non-used skills. Like, at all. NT

Sam January 25, 2014 09:46AM

Depends on the class - Personally I always throw three into essentials. Dodge/Parry maybe first weapon. Then depending on spec skills I'll use three. Riposte/Flurry - Its really up to you if you want 3-4 xtra train at hero or not. (n/t)
