Looking for thoughts about Felar stuff

Just curious about felar warcry, feral growl, and growling cry. From the Helpfile Feral Growl is more powerful than Warcry, but is Warcry + Growling Cry more powerful than Feral Growl?

Would Cry of Thunder stack on top of Warcry + Growling Cry?

Growling cry just tacks some svp on your warcry. Does not make it give damroll like feral growl. (n/t)
