It seems like most cabals have most of their leaders, but I'm curious who are the active cabal leaders over the past few weeks/months? Not even necessarily cabal leaders as players, but the cabals that tend to have active leadership, even if it's ever changing. Other posts here seem to make mention of the village constantly changing commanders. I don't care about immortal leadership, just PCs at this point. Any thoughts/guidance is appreciated!
