Want to try monk.I read all I could find and still have a question.

So avoid works only when both hands are empty. Empty+Shield/Held - avoid witll not work.
Monk have no dual wield. So he will always hit with one hand.

So if a monk takes a "One Hand" flaw he still will be effective. He will not be able to use shield+weapon but he still will be quiet fine?
