Rules for this thread:

4) All rules must be ratified by no less than 8/9ths of the PETM governing body.

Ok now that that's done i'll start:

I) If attacked by Physics or Funnyone you must never flee. All fights are to the death to avoid "pk whoring" and padding teh statz.
II) If perma'd with bemused you must play from a proxy because bad things happen.
III) No full looting unless your victim is a total faggot.
IV) If fort has 47 members don't roll fort. Same can be said for Outlander, Trib, Village. Not Empire though. If there's 47 empire members totally roll up and get the hell gear. However if bemused is in empire at the time see point II.
V) Muters must rank to level 51. I'm talking to you Jahku.
VI) Thieves must also rank to level 51. I'm talking to you serial village thief player whose name I can't remember.
VII) No forum whining. Frosty is official judge of all forum bitching and we will defer to him on the subject. Please note Frosty is unbiased and not a member of PETM because his girlfriend won't let him hang out with his friends.
VIII) Jalim will start playing again as a means to distract funnyone from his other obsessions.
X) 20 year vets will stop wearing good gear beacuse feelings.
