When will I (AUTO)?

My laptop is busted and I'm in the process of getting a new one.

I havent logged in for a few weeks and am concerned I'll auto.

Do you know how long it takes roughly to auto?

If i log in for 5min will this reset it or do I need to play for a certain amount of time.
