what spec skills reduce target's dex?

Obviously lots of things nuke strength. I'm curious if any of the below reduce the target's dex:

Whirl
Hamstring
Artery
Hurl (various locations- I know some of these do affect dex, but can't remember which)
Vital Area
Boneshatter
Impale
Entwine (help file says nukes dodging ability, but does it directly affect dex?)

Hurl throat gives -4 strength at hero for normal hurl duration. The silence part only lasts to the next tick though.~	ibuki	January 15, 2008 07:17PM
