If you kotegaeshi someone without getting the big crunch, then do it again and get the big crunch, are the -str/-dex effects from the first one replaced with the larger -str/-dex effects from the second one, or do you just get the extra "can only use one wield slot" effect?

Same question for kans. I'm assuming the answer's the same for both.
