At 30, a normal ranger's staff is 18 average and +8/8 when imbuned. Every 5 levels, you get +3 average and +1 hit/dam. Wood-elves fashion them as if they were 5 levels higher than other rangers.~	ibuki	July 22, 2011 02:05PM
