Tips for finding someone to PK

I'm pretty new to PK (as in I can count the # of 1on1 kills on one hand) and was wondering how everyone goes about finding people to fight? I've been going out of my way to fight even when I know it's a bad match up but it's really hard finding a fight.

I've been using the ranking wiki as a guide for areas to check out. Any tips you have for finding people to fight?
