Is the damage that azrael was doing against the Vulture normal damage for a mage with protections? I mean, if it's fully ABS'd up, does charge set make it do alot more damage than a normal strike? Seems like a nice tactic against Flyto/murder shifters, or any mage.

I just wonder the damage if it's multiplied because charge set triggered and it negates protections, if only a little bit?
