Outlanders vs paladins

I've never played an outlander and dont really know anything first hand, but my understanding was that outlanders dont like paladins because they adhere to a code of behavior.

Why then, do they not hate villagers who also adhere to a code of behavior?

Because Outlander was built with game balance rather than RP in mind. n/t

Amen to that. I think the IMMs were like "Shit, we just got rid of Sylvan and Entropy? That's like 10% of the playerbase...FUCK, what do we do now?" NT

The big question here is why don't they hate themselves, because written in the tree is a code of behavior as well.

A petty detail like that is not going to stop me from making immature rape jokes. (n/t)

Scrimbul October 31, 2011 07:37AM

Are you implying the need for a mage fluffer to get the Minotaur ready?

wrathpuppet October 29, 2011 12:54PM

Essentially. The minotaur is enraged during the ritual. Whether the minotaur is willing to perform doesn't matter. The deed will be done. (n/t)

Matrik October 29, 2011 05:08PM

Correct. nt

crafteddeception October 29, 2011 08:25AM

I thought it was this: 9. Respect the laws of the land and those who seek to enforce them. (n/t)
