DISMEMBER vs wound is just a simple math. He needed different weapons (and he can get them...at will...from his cabal powers). Unless the flames prog every single round it won't make up for the lack of melee damage.

And deflect shield is the goto skill against a shaman. Gotta spam that up to at least 85-90%.
