Aren't all tactics moves 100% guaranteed success, unless the victim has a specific counter (norem, flight, earthshield etc.)? Which IMO makes it a bit too good (at least I can't recall ever seeing them actually miss). (n/t)	Calion	217	April 21, 2014 06:58AM
