Exactly. No one seems to get that a komodo with 33% mv and sprint is much different than a komodo with 6% mv

April 25, 2014 04:06AM
I find the most of these "you did this to yourself comments" fucking hillarious, because it makes me think the people saying it have no fucking clue how a komodo works. with 33% mv there is no way Crraya would have landed the kill. The komodo would have escaped.

I imagine that the OP was unaware that nerve could sap mv, and so wasn't keeping track of mv too much.

I also imagine that the OP is now aware of nerve sapping mv, and hasn't fell for the same trick again.

Whole log where nerve saps mv three times resulting in my death

LogFiend 626 April 24, 2014 05:40AM

Just so you know...

wrathpuppet 349 April 24, 2014 04:01PM

What everyone seems to be completely missing...

hug 394 April 24, 2014 02:04PM

Well you have a lot of facts wrong is why you think people are missing them

xrajck 279 April 25, 2014 09:30AM

even with that, a little lag ability and direct damage and assassins fold like a house of cards

Quas 257 April 25, 2014 05:19AM

Or they could just, you know, assassinate you and not enter more than one command. NT

Sam 207 April 24, 2014 08:29PM

Wait, what? No.

TJHuron 283 April 24, 2014 06:04PM

I think hero vital is -10 or -12 str. nt

The Forsaken 225 April 24, 2014 03:01PM

And wrong, -7 at hero, log link within...

hug 281 April 24, 2014 03:22PM

seeing as how I was Majhi... (and yes, I know, I'm embarrassed about that character and me losing my cool) nt

The Forsaken 222 April 25, 2014 09:06AM

[46 Felar War] (PK) Frijer the Champion of Battlefields (n/t)

computerbum 253 April 24, 2014 07:18PM

You had so much time to wait off his maledicts and heal up.

Death_Claw 338 April 24, 2014 09:48AM

yah dude, that's like a spooge and a half. nt

The Forsaken 211 April 24, 2014 12:50PM

You had plenty of time to get out. You kept going back. You killed yourself. (n/t)

Frosty 227 April 24, 2014 09:08AM

Downside of defense forms is you just eat maledicts

Quas 359 April 24, 2014 07:30AM

Komodo's are just meat period. But they are the toughest meat in the game, damn near. Gotta hit and run it, though. NT

Sam 216 April 24, 2014 08:31PM

Exactly. No one seems to get that a komodo with 33% mv and sprint is much different than a komodo with 6% mv

Nurok 232 April 25, 2014 04:06AM

It's not just mv. His con was in the dumpster, thus no komodo regen. (n/t)

Murphy 206 April 25, 2014 04:30AM

You can have 3 con and still get regen 200-300 hp a tick with komodo...it just won't be 600-800 like it normally is. NT

Sam 227 April 26, 2014 07:39AM

He didn't need regen..he just needed to run away via sprint..which he could have done with 33% mv your point is moot. (n/t)

Nurok 220 April 25, 2014 04:32AM

...run away and die reverting. Bravo. (n/t)

Murphy 206 April 25, 2014 04:34AM

you're being stupid dude. If he had been able to run away, he would've regen'd.

Nurok 240 April 25, 2014 04:39AM

I think what he is saying is, if you know an enemy can attack your mv's make sure you have enough going in and get out while you still can

Quas 227 April 25, 2014 05:15AM

Looking through some other logs, I see it doesn't always have a -mv affect when it hits your knee. Two examples inside

TJHuron 301 April 24, 2014 07:12AM

That's retarded. I don't even see assassins doing anything else except nerve. That says more than anything. (n/t)

funnyone 206 April 24, 2014 06:49AM

Good lord, I need to play an assassin-bait character then. Hooray! NT

Sam 204 April 24, 2014 08:30PM

welcome back again (n/t)

hopelessdwarf 291 April 24, 2014 08:56PM

Are you trolling? They *can't* do much of anything against a shifter. n/t

Death_Claw 234 April 24, 2014 09:49AM

Shifters used to be extremely frustrating for an assassin to fight.

Murphy 269 April 24, 2014 06:59AM

Caltraps/axe kick was effective before. Now with nerve seems too easy to throw out maledicts (n/t)

hopelessdwarf 278 April 24, 2014 08:58PM

Axe kick is not effective on many forms. I've never seen it land vs a rhino, for example. (n/t)

Murphy 222 April 24, 2014 10:30PM

Axe kick is size based. Anything 1 size bigger and axe kick=crescent kick (n/t)

Nurok 198 April 25, 2014 04:30AM

Thought they had to have shoulders too, no? (n/t)

Murphy 221 April 25, 2014 04:31AM

I'm not 100% sure..I've axe kicked birds/cats/wolves/etc..never tried on a snake. (n/t)

Nurok 219 April 25, 2014 04:49AM

After playing tons of assassins and one shifter, I agree that shifters typically steamroll any assassin. (n/t)

Unnamed_ 247 April 24, 2014 07:02AM

They do. I'll give you that. Just seems like nerve is a little too good right now. Was I right in saying it's like 1-1.5 rounds of lag? (n/t)

funnyone 204 April 24, 2014 07:45AM

You still fail to recognize that what you are claiming nerve is so good at (stat loss) is much more effectively achieved through other things

Quas 245 April 24, 2014 08:36AM

That's funny. You point out how something is way too good(IMBA!IMBA!) while simultaneously asking how the skill works. Classic you ;) (n/t)

Frosty 198 April 24, 2014 08:22AM

I know how the skill works. I'm asking about the lag when it has the edge with it. IMBA? (n/t)

funnyone 192 April 24, 2014 08:33AM

Knowing how many rounds of lag the skill uses is part of knowing how the skill works. (n/t)

Frosty 234 April 24, 2014 08:43AM

I know how the skill works, so knowing how many rounds of lag is irrelevant. Its only a rational thought in your mind. Same crap, different posters, each day. Know it alls posting as if they proved a fucking point. (n/t)

funnyone 229 April 24, 2014 08:56AM

Frosty 228 April 24, 2014 09:05AM

You killed yourself. (n/t)
